At the start of the series she was enclosed inside Queen Beryl’s crystal ball until a large amount of energy was given to her so she could free herself. She was a massive ugly living life force and managed to receive a human form in her final battle with Princess Serenity. She was killed shortly after by the Silver moon Crystal. |

Morga was the first ever villain of whom Sailor Moon met. She had the power to control people’s minds and used them to attack Sailor Moon. Her own attack was to slash people with her claws and extend her arms to great lengths. She was destroyed by Sailor Moon’s bright tiara attack. |

Neflyte was one of Queen Beryl's agents. He poses himself as big time business man, Maxfield Stanton. He fell in love with Serena's friend Molly. He was destroyed in the English episode #20 A Friend In Wolf's Clothing. |

Zoisite was one of Queen Beryl's servants. She was trained by Malachite, another servant for Queen Beryl. She dies in the English episode #41 A Reluctant Princess for having disobeyed Queen Beryl's orders. In the English version of Sailor Moon, Zoisite was a female, while in the Japanese version Zoisite was a male. |

Malachite was one of Queen Beryl's more powerful agents. With his assistant and trainee Zoisite, their mission was to recover the Imperium Silver Crystal, so that Queen Beryl can go on with releasing the powers of the Negaforce. |

During the Silver Millennium, Queen Beryl had seven loyal warriors to help her conquer the moon. When all joined they made the formidable Invincible Shadow Warrior. In the future each warrior was locked inside a Rainbow Crystal that was carried within a human. These people were tracked down and turned into each of the warriors but were later on healed by Sailor Moon thus, when exposing all seven Rainbow Crystals to each other they formed the Silver Moon Crystal. |

When Tuxedo Mask had lost a battle to Zoisite, he was kidnapped by Queen Beryl and was brainwashed to the evil side so he could retrieve the silver crystal off Sailor Moon and then rule the Negaverse side by side with Beryl. Sailor Moon healed him once, but he was taken away and re-brainwashed with another goal, to kill Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon eventually gave him back happy memories and he was healed but to be killed by one of Beryl’s attacks. |

These were the last 5 servants
to work under Beryl. They only lasted one episode. Each were successful in
killing the 4 inner scouts but killing themselves in the process. They
lured the scouts into a trap by disguising themselves into someone the
scouts cared about and then attacking them by dragging them into the
ground. |

The Doom tree is what kept Anne and Alan alive. It was fed the energy of humans which Anne and Alan extracted from people. The tree lay dormant for most of the season until Sailor Moon was near it and it awoke due to her pure heart. It then started to attack everyone and hit Anne. Sailor Moon then approached it and it calmed down. It told its life story of how it was good and lived on the power of love. It then asked Sailor Moon to cleanse it of all of the evil energy inside it. It died on the impact and gave birth to a new seedling of itself.

As an alien, Allan was the more practical of the two,
thinking before acting. He would play his reed flute to summon a cardian,
and almost always let Ann pick the cardian. The only time he picked the
cardian for himself, the cardian went crazy and started attacking everyone
(not the people he told it to attack).
As a human, he was followed around constantly by girls for his good looks. When he first saw Serena, he immediately fell in love with her and vowed to make her his. |

As an alien, Ann was the more aggressive of the two, usually
acting before thinking. She picked the cardian for Allan most of the time.
Ann went to Serena's school as a human, and was in her class. She went under the name Ginga Natsumi in the Japanese version. The first time she saw Darien, she immediately fell in love with him, and constantly competed with Serena to win his heart. Serena tried to become friends with Ann also, but Ann would usually treat her like dirt (which got her friends a bit mad). Her reason for this was because Allan liked Serena, so Ann would get extremely jealous (even though she chased after Darien and made Allan jealous).

Wiseman is the ruler of the Dark Moon. He was trying to take over Earth (in the future) so he sends Rubeus back to the past (our present day) to destroy the future city Crystal Tokyo |

Rubeus was a servant of the Wise Man, from the Dark Moon of the Negaverse. His mission was to destroy the future city of the future city of Crystal Tokyo |

Catsy is the most aggressive of the four sisters. She requests very little help of the droids and she doesn't mind fighting toe to toe with the sailor scouts. She is very obsessed with her looks, especially her face. |

|
Birdy is the least likely to go into combat of the four sisters. She relies on intricate plans to obtain her objectives. She also has the least quarrels between her and her other sisters. |
|
|
Avery is the least concerned with of the four sisters about their mission. She often quarrels with her older sister Prisma. The weapon she chooses to use is the whip. |
|
|
Prisma is very reluctant to go on missions. She is obsessed with trying to outwit her younger sister Avery. |
|
|
Prince Diamond was the ruler of the Black Moon family. In the future, he tried to get Neo-Queen Serenity to be his Queen. He later attempted to catch Rini. When Sailor Moon arrived in the future, he tried to get her to become his Queen but she refused. He later realized that Wise Man had lied to him. Wise Man tried to kill Sailor Moon but he took the hit himself and died shortly after in Sailor Moon's arms. |

Sapphire is Diamond's younger brother. He was killed when
Wise Man regarded him as a trader and then he killed him. As he died, he
told Diamond how Wise Man was deceiving him.

Emerald was Rubeus' successor. Her plan was to destroy Tokyo with statues of herself which gave off atomic blasts. She later returned to the Black Moon and told Wise Man to make her the Queen. Wise Man made her a tiara and placed it on her head. It was not to be and she became a dragon. |

The Time Warp Genie was a loyal servant of Wiseman. She knew every nook and cranny inside the time passage. During a trip to the future, the scouts were attacked by her and severely beaten until they decided to destroy her with a Sailor Planet Attack. |

Wicked Lady was created by Wise Man to be the Queen of the Black Moon. She was captured when Rini walked outside of the force field of the crystal palace. She was turned into the Wicked Lady when bad thoughts were implanted in her brain. Wicked Lady was destroyed when Rini was turned back to normal |

Fiore is an alien who knew Darien when he was in hospital after his parents died. He was being controlled by the Kisenian Flower and told to destroy the Earth because everyone left Darien alone for all of his life. He had no control of himself. He was turned good by the silver crystal. |
|

The Kisenian Flower is a flower that can't do anything on it's own. It takes control of a weak willed individual and makes that person do what it wants. The Kisenian took over Fiore and told him to destroy the Earth for what they had done to Darien. |

He was a evil life force from another dimension. The season revolved around in getting the Holy Grail to give him enough power to come to earth and totally silence it. Mistress 9 took the grail off Sailor Moon and gave it to the Pharaoh. He descended onto earth and started his attack. Sailor Saturn then repossessed her body and went off to kill him. She was successful but she died also only to be reborn again as a baby. |

Doctor Tomoe was the head of research and one day he was in a lab showing off his experiment to some people including his daughter Hotaru. All of a sudden the experiment went wrong and everyone in the lab was killed including his daughter. The only survivor was Professor Tomoe. Later the Demon Master approached him with a proposition. His proposition was that he would bring his daughter back to life if he would give the Demon Master his soul. Tomoe agreed. Then Doctor Tomoe became head of the Death Busters. The evil in Professor Tomoe was released when Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus summoned their talismans to defeat the Demon Master inside him. |

Kaorie was the first person to search for the talismans crystals. She was not part of the Witches 5. She was seemingly killed when the inner scouts attacked her with Sailor Planet Power, and Uranus' World Shaking knocked her off the roof. She appeared much later as a lab assistant to Professor Tomoe, and a tormentor to Hotaru. She was the one to feed Hotaru Rini's Heart Crystal. While Professor Tomoe congratulated her, Mistress 9 let loose a blast that killed her. |

Not much is known about Mistress Nine. She had one purpose in Sailor Moon S, to summon the Master Pharaoh Ninety. She possessed Hotaru. She was destroyed when Hotaru repossessed her body. This was when Sailor Saturn was discovered |

Eudial is the first of the Witches 5 who tried to collect pure heart crystals for Professor Tomoe. She took over after Mistress Nine killed Kaorie. She had a gun that extracted peoples heart crystals. She found that Uranus & Neptune had talisman crystals in their hearts. She was killed when Mimete rigged her car brakes and she drove off a cliff. |

Mimete took over after Eudial was killed. She was the second of the Witches 5. when she found a pure heart, she would let the demon swallow it and take it back to Tomoe. Mimete died when Tellu pulled the plug of the machine that helped her grow stronger. |

Tellu was the third of the Witches 5. She was in tune with nature and plants. She used plants to steal pure hearts. During a mission she was killed by one of her plants. |
|
|
Viluy was the fourth of the Witches 5. She knew a lot about computers and she used them to find extract the pure hearts from people. She sent a computer to destroy the Sailor Scouts. But Sailor Moon damaged it and it killed Viluy by mistake. |
|
|
Cyprine & Pikurl were considered one witch because they were twins. They were the 5th and final of the Witches 5. They were transporting crystals to Professor Tomoe when the Sailor Scouts arrived. Their attacks went wrong and they killed each other. |

|
Princess Snow Kaguya wanted to freeze all of Earth and add it to her collection. She had tried once before, but failed because she was hit by a "great light". For a large part of the movie she gets her "snow dancers" to find her lost crystal. She is destroyed by the power of the Silver Crystal "the great light" |

During most of the movie, Princess Snow
Kaguya used a group of these to try and locate the Silver Crystal she
wanted so much. Although many failed, some found out that Sailor Moon kept
it and decided to report her to Kaguya. These villains are very vulnerable
and can be destroyed very easily by a small attack. |

Queen Neherenia was the leader of the Dead Moon Circus. She was the one that gave the orders to Zirconia. Her main goal in Sailor Moon SS was to find and kill the Pegasus in human dreams. She attempted to take Darien from Serena and become Queen of the Earth. She was destroyed at the end of Sailor Moon SS but she played a small role in Sailor Moon Stars. |

Zirconia was a woman. She tried to be leader of the Dead Moon Circus. She gave orders to the Amazon Trio and the Amazoness Quartet. She was told to find Pegasus with the help of the Trio and the Quartet |

Fish Eye was the leader of the Trio. He was the most feminine of the Trio. His outfit looks like an air mattress. He has a fish-skeleton belt and high heels. He has the longest hair and it is in a ponytail. |

Hawks Eye was like a brother to Fish eye and Tiger Eye. Hawks Eye wears a strange tube top, skirt and tights. His hair is shortest and it stands on end. |

|
Tiger Eye always tries to help the other two in the trio. He has a tube top like Hawks Eye, but has thigh-high boots. All the Trio were healed by Sailor Moon. |

CereCere was the leader of the Amizoness Quartet. They took over after the Amazon Trio were healed. Like the four sisters Catsy, Birdy, Avery and Prisma in Sailor Moon R, each member of the Quartet is equal to a Sailor Scout. CereCere is equal to Sailor Venus. |

JunJun has really neat pants and hair. Her equal is Sailor Jupiter. |
|
|
BesuBesu (pronounced: VesVes) She has the most style and her equal is Sailor Mars. |
|
|
ParaPara (pronounced: PallaPalla) She has the neatest outfit. She loves magic, She switched the ages of Serena & Rini once. Her equal is Sailor Mercury. As with the Trio, the Quartet were healed by Sailor Moon. They all became Sailor Scouts of their own Asteroids. |

love letter to distract Amy from her studies and make her fail at school.
During one night she attacked Amy in her sleep and started to wipe her
mind of all the things she had learnt. Amy woke-up in a daze. She then
recovered herself and transformed. She was later destroyed by Sailor
Mercury’s rare Aqua Mirage attack. |

Queen Vadilanne is obsessed with opening the Black Dream Hole. She needs children's dreams to make the dream hole grow large and recruits Puplan and his brothers to collect children for her task. Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts come to stop her after Chibi-Moon is taken, and is destroyed. |

|
Puplan, Bananu and Oranjiya were told to collect children for Queen Validane so that they could sleep and dream in Eternal happiness. Unfortunately they didn't realize the evil plan the Queen had until they were trapped by her spell. All three were returned to their original form after there flutes were destroyed. |

I called them blobs because that's what they are. I don't know their real name but I knew they were in the SS movie. In the picture, they are the orange, blue and pink things behind the Inner Scouts. |

Chaos was an evil being in the universe which took possession of Sailor Galaxia’s body. She was out to capture and rule the universe. When Galaxia was healed, Chaos was removed from her body and then showed her true self later attacking Sailor Moon. Sailor Moon then used her power of love and repelled Chaos’s attacks destroying her. |

Sailor Galaxia is a Sailor Scout that came from another solar system far away. Her main goal is to rule the universe and to do this she has to capture each solar system in it. She had already captured 80% of all the Universe and now she is after ours. She is searching for the star seed, which is located in the body of a human. She is known as the Golden Sailor or Sailor Galaxia. |

Sailor Iron Mouse was the first to work under Sailor Galaxia. Her job was to find the Star Seed that Sailor Galaxia wanted so much. She wore pin-striped cloths quite a bit, and traveled around in a British telephone box. She tried to take Sailor Moon's star seed but had failed so many times that Galaxia took her Bracelets away from her and she died. |

Sailor Aluminum Siren was the next Sailor Animate after Iron Mouse. She once tried to take Sailor Moon's heart crystal but was stopped by Chibi-Chibi. She died when Sailor Galaxia took her Sailor Crystal. |

Sailor Lead Crow was the total rival of Aluminum Siren. Every time Sailor Aluminum went to Earth, she would follow. She was devastated when Aluminum Siren was killed. Lead Crow was killed by Tin Cat in an accident |

Sailor Tin Cat was the last of the Animates. She was vindictive, power-hungry and convincing. She appeared just before Siren's death. Lead Crow had to work with Tin Cat and they did not work well together. Tin Cat messed up one of Lead Crows attacks and Lead Crow was killed by a Black Hole that was created. Tin Cat was later killed by Galaxia. |

When the four outer scouts went to battle Galaxia she asked them a question, to side with her or to be killed. Pluto and Saturn refused but Neptune and Uranus agreed. They got their star seeds removed from their bodies and were given bracelets just like the animates. They killed Pluto and Saturn shortly after. When they finally realized they were doing wrong they turned on Galaxia in an attempt to kill her but Galaxia threw a golden attack towards them killing both Uranus and Neptune. |
